I believe in reducing barriers, and making it easier to stick with your training. That’s why I offer bundled private training options without the need for contracts and complexity. Just no-nonsense, competitive rates so you can plan your life and achieve your goals.

  • 1 session: $110 per hour

  • 3 sessions: $100 per hour

  • 5 sessions: $90 per hour

  • Ongoing weekly sessions: $75 per hour ($300 per month)*

* Minimum 3-month commitment required for ongoing weekly membership pricing.
